Marriott reveals woman’s accusations against Michael Irvin as dispute escalates.

The legal dispute between Michael Irvin and Marriott continues to escalate.

Marriott sued Irvin for $100 million, claiming his characterization of the incident was inaccurate and accusing him of making unwanted sexual advances.

Marriott claims that Irvin was visibly intoxicated when he approached the accuser, shook her hand, told her she was attractive, and asked if she was a football fan.

Irvin called the allegations “sickening” and compared them to a time when a white woman would accuse a black man of something.

Irvin allegedly touched the Victim’s arm without her consent and asked her if she knew anything about having a “big Black man inside of her”.

He then attempted to grab her hand and apologize, but she pulled away and tried to back away. Irvin’s attorney Levi McCathern denied the claims.

In an additional development, a federal judge ruled that Marriott had disobeyed his order to provide surveillance footage of the alleged incident to Irvin. Marriott had been fighting the ruling but claimed to respect the court’s demands.

Judge Mazzant questioned why Marriott had not produced the video, and an un-redacted version of the video was sent to Irvin, who has not yet made it available to the public.
