Selena Gomez Opens Up About Body-Shaming, Weight Fluctuation.

“I don’t think you should shame individuals for their bodies or anything,” the she said.

Selena Gomez has had enough of people bringing up her physique; she has said as much before.

In a TikTok Live on Thursday, the singer and Rare Beauty founder spoke candidly about her experiences taking medication for the autoimmune disease lupus.

She made these remarks during the livestream.

She said to the camera, “I tend to store a lot of water weight and it happens pretty usually, and then it I tend to type of shed weight when I’m off.

“I just wanted to express and urge everybody out there who feels any sort of sort of shame for precisely what [you] are going through, [when] nobody knows the whole story..

You are gorgeous and beautiful.

Even though Gomez said there were times when she felt “like shit,” she said she preferred to stay healthy and take her medication to improve her quality of life.

Aching muscles, exhaustion, joint pain and/or stiffness, hair loss, depression, and skin lesions are just a few of the symptoms of lupus, which vary in severity.

Gomez underwent a kidney transplant in 2017, indicating that the condition has caused her to have serious issues.

She has been the subject of much media attention due to her weight, and has spoken out about the criticism and body-shaming she has experienced.

Selena Gomez opened up about attending the Met Gala in 2015 and embracing her body.

She is an excellent role model for anyone struggling with their weight or body image.
